Well built -the 8 stitch pattern system  takes a lot of time, you select the needles initially and the pushers pick up on that selection - it would have been quite tedious to knit with - I have the Pattern Master, an optional extra but it came with no cards,  thankfully Frank Dineen gave me a set. It has a row counter type clicker that moves the card up .  This machine has an unusual carriage with needle threaders that pull clear with one or another colour in use. These golden oldie machines fascinate me but this model must of cost a fortune to produce.
